Sustainable Exploration issues governance judgments on whether proposed irreversible commitments are admissible and defensible under stated constraints and evidence. We do not provide advice, recommendations, optimization, or execution guidance.

Before submitting, confirm three conditions:

1.    A live decision exists.

2.    Decision rights are explicit or can be delegated.

3.    Proceed, defer, and refuse are acceptable outcomes.

If these conditions are not present, do not submit. We will refuse by default.
